Drodo Ground Army includes:
The Drodoian Marine. Heavily armoured in a powered suit. Powered suit includes a body glove, a metal frame/exoskeleton, artificial muscles made of carbon nanotubes put over the body glove and around the exoskeleton and fitted with electrical sensors (or something) to respond to the movements of its parent "real" muscle. Most of the suit is made of the muscle. Armour plates made of the same material that is used to made battleships is then put on in plates, gloves, and large boot/greaves. They are armed with a large Gauss Rifle (using depleted uranium spikes) capable of piercing through even vehicle armour. It can fire up to 30 rounds per second, and a "Flak pistol" sidearm. While the flak pistol, to a individual without armour, would look and feel like a massive magnum, in the hands of a Marine, it is actually quite light and are often duel-wielded to great close-range effect. It uses explosive flak ammunition to make up for the fact that it isn't a gauss weapon but a more conventional chemical-powered pistol.
T-300 DEST (destroyer). A large main battle tank fitted with a massive 200 mm main gun and two smaller front-fixed guns. It as well has a few 50. cal machine guns. Different ammo for the main gun is high-explosive, armour-piercing, incendiary, and fragmentation.
Drodo Battle Walker ("Goliath"). Heavy infantry support/anti-infantry. Large 20 ft. tall walker with two massive gatling autocannons. Also armed with missile pods for anti-air, but can be used for anti vehicle to a limited effect. Autocannon (s) can be replaced with a large flamethrower.
Now for the Air Force:
Falcon (hur coincidence). A air/space fighter armed with homing missiles (everything from "conventional" missiles to thermonuclear to Antimatter). It is also armed with two 50. cal gatling gauss guns.
Beetle. A VTOL (Vertical Take Off and Land). One of the more adaptable parts of the Drodo military. Different models include light scouts, heavy transports, and medium attack gunships.
"Thundershock"-class Bombers. Heavier planes designed to deliver a large payload of bombs. It as well has a on-board shield generator and several turrets and cannons to protect itself with. Including a tail-gun, a gun on the belly of the ship, top, and sides. It is a large, ancient model, updated for current use. Due to this, it is restricted to atmospheric flight.
A list of support units is as follows:
Battlefield Construction Vehicle (BCV). A adaptable, humanoid-looking vehicle designed to increase the efficency and survival rate of Combat Engineers. Can construct autoturrets, missile pods, and even prefabricated bunkers to improve survivability of Marines. Some pilots replace a welder or arm with a gun to provide covering fire to marines or defend BCV squads from assault for a time. They on-average stand about 12 feet.
Battle Medics. Members of Marine squads armed with modified, white armour. They are equipped with stim-shots, medical tools, and a combat shield. Generally, there only armament is a flak pistol (or two). But may also arm themselves with shotguns or grenade launchers (Usually with a sort of stun grenade. In order to stymie the advance of enemies rather than destroy them altogether).
So yeah... The Drodo are pulling out all of the stops. :3

The scene of the land battle: EDIT: I was thinking that the space enclosed by the walls is like a carefully landscaped and green park with the occasional dwelling for Galak's chosen. Could you tell us where air bases for fighter/bomber craft would be and what kind of configuration they would use? (hangar, runway, etc) When we start emoting, we all need to be really specific about where we place our troops, or this'll get confusing really quickly. Also, will we be fighting in orbit at all, Jackal?

1. Yes, they will use a mixture of hangers and runways for their planet based fighters. Since their navy is completely wiped out, their space fighters have become slightly irrelevant.
2. Air Bases will be situated mainly in the far outskirts of the city, outside the zone where the slums are.
3. Like I said, their navy will be pretty much wiped out, so there will be practically zero major ships around the planet, and a very small number of fighters.

Squares are Army Bases, Circles are Airbases.

Ground Forces:
9,000 Planetary Guard Infantry, which are armed with Quantum Disruption w/ Bullet Casing weapons, such as the FL-230 Rifle. They wear light power armor, with a bullet resistant vest underneath.
750 Intruder Mk 5 Tanks, which are huge, Goliath like tanks, which are armed with a Quantum Disruption Cannon Turret which shoots them in Shell Casing, and a Quantum Disruption Beam Turret. They have very strong Titanium Armor, with very good layered Plasma/Ion Shields. In addition, they have a flamethrower on the front, which can shoot up to 20 feet.
200 Hump Armored Personell Carriers, which are small, but quick and maneuverable. They are armed with a small Plasma Pulse Swivel Turret, which has a high rate of fire. It has OK Titanium Armor, with weak Plasma Shields.
300 Sprint Light Tanks, which are also small and quick, but not as fast as the Hump, but better armed and armored then the Hump APC's. They are armed with small Quantum Disruption Pulse Swivel Turret, which uses shells at a moderate firing rate. It has Strong Titanium Armor, with strong but single layered Plasma Shields.
100 Dagger Anti-Personnel Tanks, which are smaller and quicker then the Sprint, but not as small and quick as the Hump. It has a small Plasma Pulse Swivel Turret, which has a high rate of fire. It has Strong Titanium Armor, but weak plasma shields
Air Forces:
3,300 Airplanes available to the Planetary Air Corps, which consists of 2,200 Speedrunner Interceptors, which are armed with a Plasma Beam Ray, and 2 Quantum Disruption Missiles. They have laughably weak hardened aluminum armor, and it has very weak plasma shields. 1,100 Fang Fighters, which are armed with a Plasma Cannon, and 4 Quantum Disruption Missiles. It has weak titanium armor, with OK plasma shields. And 1,000 Diver Tactical Bombers, with a Plasma Cannon, 2 Quantum Disruption Missiles, and 2 Computer Guided Quantum Disruption Bombs.
