Ole was next to grab it. He placed the document on the table before him, withdrew a quill pen from his breast pocket, and bent over it. In a well exercised series of flourishes, he inscribed: Coalitionary Ambassador to the Katar Sector, TORWARD OLE
Satisfied, he righted himself and capped his pen. The paper would continue to be passed around, coming to bear the name of all the dignitaries present, Hammidal excepted.
"General, I believe it to be your turn," Ole said. He had regained his seat and joined his hands over his lap.

Hammidal smiled to Torward and took the document, holding it in the air with a hand. The General First Class, hero of the weak, conqueror of the evilness, signed the paper with his best lyrics. Once he had finished writing, the Chibar put back the document on the pedestal and sat again on his chair.
The General settled back in his chair and looked at the present. The satisfaction shone in his eyes.
"Well, lady and gentlemen" he started to say "I think that is a good moment to declare that the Senate selected me to be the law enforcer of the two new mandates, acording to the Federation laws, Mr. Razorscare from now is, as well as "High King", the Dignatary of the Mardor Mandate" Hammidal turned to the Mardor King "Congratulations, Great High King Razorscare."
Hammidal continued.
"The new mandates are KSA's territory, so the alliance can use it as checkpoint for the ships, just I want to say that we will need some days to relocate the former slaves and create a planetary infrastructure acording with the other planets of the Federation".

"So then, I believe that's everything?" Cabar asked.

Hammidal smiled to Cabar and clasped his hands before him.
"Well, not really," said the General, "There is another little thing to do before taking this session terminated."
The General First Class snapped his fingers and a small scanner emerged from the table in front of each of the signatories. The blue screen of the scanner hadn't nothing different from any other Federation's fingerprint sensor, with the exception of an strange aura, nearly undetectable by most of the present.
