Looks like I remembered the Tasan Crisis just in time.

Can I just respond to Ace's emote? We don't seem to have much of a posting order this time around...

Go ahead. Seems like we're doing better without a posting order anyway. Some posts might need to be reshuffled around and some actions retconned using this method, though. When we actually get to the fighting, it might be advisable to go into a posting order.

ZONES OF CONTROL: Areas of territory that are controlled/occupied by hostile forces. In theory, the nation to whom that zone of control belongs can see most things happening within their zones of control and for a decent area around them. The defender's zone of control needs not be represented. Larger forces can establish larger zones of control over shorter amounts of time.
Do we want to use this mechanic to make things smoother? I think it's pretty cool. =D
EDIT: If you guys could also respond to Monet's post in the general forum, that would be great!

Sure, why not.
Also, behold my poorly made paint.netted turn 2. Awaiting confirmation from you, Ace.

That is awesome.
Could you guys list the sizes of all of these forces?

Alright, but I'd need to know the size of Ace's forces

So should I let the Ace/Gmfk conversation continue, or shall I jump in with the Farengeto?

Go ahead with the Farengeto, if Ace objects later I can just change it.

Also, gmfk, I was waiting for a description of how your saBOTeurs would potentially affect the Tarkans.

Well, all I'll really be doing util we hit Miperia is repeating the whole "we're not at war, we're only mediators" thing. I can add that later in the conversation once you have your course of action approved. They'll probably mention that reinforcements will arrive, but probably not how much or exactly when. (Though scanners could probably give an idea.)

So currently we would have two allied armadas and one reserve over Miperia. I have no idea as to how the Miperiors are deployed, but I can take a guess that each of those Amphibibot arrows contains roughly 3,000 ships. Taking into account the Order of Battle you gave us earlier, how many Miperiors vessels would there be in: - Fleet 1?
- Fleet 2?
- Miperia reseve fleet?
I listed Mkun as commander of the reserve fleet. Do you want him somewhere else? EDIT: Seriously, though. Your diagram looks AWESOME. For future reference, the font I'm using is Trebuchet MS, just so we're consistent.

A note for the map: by the time Tekari reaches Miperia, Harenda's fleet will be around the Miperior border.

O.O Are you sure they would get there that quickly?
EDIT: This might call for a few retcons on my part, nothing major that would change how you guys would react. The Tarkans would take a much more direct approach if they could see the Farengeto coming. I hadn't realize they were so close behind. xD
The reaction from the MIperiors and the Amphibibots would be the same overall, so no need for you guys to make any drastic changes. May I edit my emote?

Sure, I suppose.
The Miperiors, hoping to get whatever help they could get, would likely have the saBOTeurs mess up the Tarkans' engines to slow them down in time for any reinforcements to arrive, as well as trying to take out the light ships' cloaking devices. Would you like me to edit my emote explaining that?
Fleet 1: 4,500 ships (2k Mips, 2.5k Amp) Fleet 2: 6,500 ships (4k Mips, 2.5k Amp) Reserves: 1,000+ ships (1k Amp, along with whatever the Miperiors can drum up by the time they come into play, if ever)

Well, both groups left at roughly the same time, and the difference in travel times was around 18 hours. It would take somewhere around that to reach the planet from the border, maybe a few hours extra.
